decent location, disappointing service
excellent locationunresponsive staffdelayed service
the location WAS definitely a plus, placing me right in the heart of the city.
during my stay, the concierge staff seemed preoccupied. They barely acknowledged my inquiries except for ONE Filipino staff member, WHO WAS helpful. despite requesting an ironing board and iron twice over three hours, it never arrived. i WAS told they couldn't deliver it unless someone was in the room for safety reasons. VERY strange.

decent stay overall
friendly staffeasy uberstuffy roomold towel
the staff were real decently. the food tasted good. it was easy to get an uber nearby. the hotel location is awesome.
the room felt DARK and stuffy. my husband and I developped right away an allergic reaction with coughing for the first half hour of entering the room. the towels was very old, not white anymore and quite rough. rooms are a bit tired.
